These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of druzel.ca and purchases from Druzél. By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

1. About Druzél

Druzél offers crystals, minerals, jewellery, carvings, ritual and lifestyle products, educational content, e-books and other digital resources. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have reached the age of majority where you live, or use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at contact@druzel.ca if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

3. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, measurements, weights, descriptions and photographs accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear.

Crystals and minerals are natural materials. Variations in colour, pattern, texture, transparency, inclusions, surface markings, shape, size, polish and small natural fissures are part of their individual character and are not defects. Where a product page states that the exact piece is shown, the customer will receive the photographed piece.

Products and quantities may be limited, discontinued or changed without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

4. Spiritual and educational information

Descriptions of crystal properties, chakras, intentions, rituals, energy practices and related subjects are provided for cultural, spiritual, historical, educational and entertainment purposes. They describe traditional beliefs and personal practices and are not scientifically guaranteed outcomes.

Druzél products, guides and website content are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition and are not substitutes for care from a qualified professional. Never delay or replace professional treatment based on information from Druzél.

5. Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement or confirmation email. An order is accepted when Druzél confirms acceptance or begins fulfillment, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, resale activity or inability to deliver to the requested destination. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours while items remain unfulfilled. A cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. Once an order has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Prices, currency, taxes and payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any duties collected by Druzél are shown before the order is submitted. International customers might also be charged duties, import taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees by a carrier or customs authority as described in our Shipping Policy.

You agree to provide valid payment and billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. We do not add undisclosed mandatory service or handling fees.

We may correct genuine pricing, description or calculation errors. If a correction materially affects an unfulfilled order, we will contact you and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a cancellation and refund.

7. Promotions and gift cards

Promotions, discount codes and gifts are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Unless expressly permitted, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash or used contrary to their stated purpose. Gift cards are subject to applicable law and any terms displayed when purchased.

8. Shipping, delivery and risk

Processing times, free-shipping eligibility, international charges, address responsibilities, delays, damaged shipments and lost-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined according to the circumstances, the selected carrier service, any applicable shipping agreement and applicable law.

9. Returns and refunds

Eligible physical products may be returned under our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our general return-request window is 14 days after delivery. Customers normally provide return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

10. Digital products and downloads

Digital products are licensed, not sold, for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use unless a product page expressly grants different rights. You may download, view and print a reasonable number of personal copies.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share access links, reproduce for commercial purposes, remove ownership notices from, modify for resale or create competing materials substantially derived from Druzél digital products.

Digital products and downloads are final sale once delivered or accessed, except where the file is defective, the wrong product was supplied or applicable law requires another remedy. Please contact us if you experience an access or file problem.

11. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including the Druzél name, logos, branding, product photography, text, graphics, guides, downloads and original designs—are owned by or licensed to Druzél and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. No content may be copied, republished, sold, exploited or used to create derivative commercial materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

12. Reviews, messages and customer content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Druzél a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content for store, customer-service and marketing purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, irrelevant or otherwise inappropriate. We are not required to publish every submission.

13. Prohibited use

You may not use the website to:

• violate any law or another person’s rights;
• submit false, fraudulent or misleading information;
• transmit malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt the website;
• scrape, harvest or collect information through unauthorized automated means;
• impersonate another person or attempt unauthorized account access;
• resell or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
• engage in conduct that harms Druzél, Shopify, our service providers or other users.

We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

14. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social networks and digital-delivery providers. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Druzél is not responsible for an independent third party’s website or conduct, but this does not remove responsibilities Druzél has to customers under applicable law.

15. Privacy

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that electronic commerce requires information to be processed by Shopify and other service providers as described in that policy.

16. Website availability and errors

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, suspend or modify website features when reasonably necessary.

Information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We may correct them and update information, but will not use a correction to deprive a customer of rights under applicable law.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for warranties and conditions that cannot legally be excluded, the website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that spiritual practices, crystals or informational materials will produce a particular personal, emotional, energetic or health outcome.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druzél will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable. Druzél is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on spiritual or educational content as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Druzél for reasonable losses, liabilities and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to ordinary good-faith consumer use.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers in their home jurisdiction. Any dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

21. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store, services or legal requirements. The current version will be posted here with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
