Where does Druzél ship?
Druzél ships worldwide to destinations available at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on Canadian orders of CAD $100 or more. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other border charges required by their destination country.
How long will my order take?
Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Once your parcel ships, tracking information will be sent to the email used for the order when tracking is available.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact Druzél as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accepted before the order has shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
How are crystals packaged?
Each order is packed carefully with protection suited to the size, weight and shape of the pieces. Delicate points and carvings receive extra attention.
Returns and order concerns
Can I return a crystal?
Because natural crystals are unique, please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Contact Druzél before sending any item back so we can review the situation and provide the correct instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery through the Contact page and include your order number, clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Will my crystal look exactly like the photo?
When a listing is for an individual crystal, you will receive the exact piece shown. When a listing states that one piece is selected for you, natural variations in colour, pattern, inclusions, lines and surface markings should be expected.
