Can’t find your email or need a hand?

A few gentle reminders from our Find Your Stone guide:

Keep cleaning gentle. Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Don’t soak a stone unless you’ve confirmed that mineral is water-safe.
Avoid strong direct sunlight. Some stones can fade with prolonged exposure.
Store delicate pieces separately. Protect points, carvings and softer minerals from scratches and chips.

Rituals are optional—simple, thoughtful care is enough.

Send your question to Negar & Yalda. We’ll reply to your email within 24 hours.
